This policy explains our practices in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
01Who we are
This website, infinitytitleinfo.com, is operated by Infinity International Processing Services, Inc. (“Infinity”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with its head office at 1 Research Court, Suite 450, Rockville, MD 20850, United States. We provide title, closing and post-closing back-office services to title agencies, underwriters, lenders and related businesses.
02Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information we collect through this website and through enquiries you send us, such as when you complete our contact form, email us or call us. It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients while delivering our services; that information is described in section 07 and is governed by our agreements with those clients.
03Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, company, job role, work email address, phone number, company type, the services you are interested in, your approximate order volume and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. This is used to operate and secure the website.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us through this website, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account details or borrower loan information.
04How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange discovery calls;
- prepare proposals and communicate with you about our services;
- operate, maintain, secure and improve this website;
- detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
If you contact us about our services, we may follow up with information relevant to your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
05How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share personal information only:
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and email providers, under obligations to protect it and use it only on our instructions;
- within our group of companies and delivery centers, where needed to respond to you or provide our services;
- if required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request;
- to protect the rights, safety or property of Infinity, our clients or others; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
06Cookies & third-party services
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and pages visited. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the website, and we do not use it for advertising. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when pages load. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
07Client & borrower data
In delivering our services, our team may access personal information about our clients’ customers, such as borrowers, buyers and sellers, inside our clients’ own systems. We process that information only on our clients’ instructions and under our written agreements with them, which include confidentiality and security obligations. Our clients remain responsible for that information, and questions about it should be directed to the relevant title company, lender or other client.
08Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Our team works inside clients’ platforms under their access controls wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
09Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. Server log data is kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10International transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and operate delivery centers in other countries, including India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and the Caribbean. Information may be accessed from or processed in these locations. Where it is, we apply the same safeguards described in this policy and in our client agreements.
11Your choices & rights
You can ask us to stop sending you communications at any time. Depending on where you live, including under the privacy laws of certain U.S. states, you may also have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- access or receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete it; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
12Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
